All wrapped in a large spinach flavor tortilla.

Fresh grilled chicken breast topped w/ sautéed spinach

Burro T:
Large flour tortilla stuffed with chicken or beef, lettuce,

Flour tortilla stuffed with jack cheese and your choice of
fajita chicken or steak or ground beef. Served with rice,

El Tri:
One cheese enchilada with salsa verde,
one sour cream chicken enchilada and
one beef enchilada with chile con carne.
Served with rice and refried beans.

Tacos al Carbon:
Choice of two grilled chicken or steak tacos on
flour tortillas with grilled onions.
Served w/ rice, refried beans, pico de gallo and sour cream.

Lunch Fajitas:
A lunch-size portion of our marinated grilled chicken or
steak fajitas w/ grilled onions and peppers. Served w/
guacamole, sour cream, rice, refried beans and flour tortillas.
